Problem Note 39743: MINOPERATOR has no effect when set within the SAS® configuration file

Placing the MINOPERATOR within a SAS configuration file has no effect on the IN operator for the macro facility. PROC OPTIONS will show that the option has been set but the macro facility does not recognize it.
The current work-around is to set the MINOPERATOR at one of the other three locations:
